Not all callers are welcome, especially on a Toll Free or Virtual number, which is used in an enterprise.
Junk or spam calls wastes time of the agent and reduce their productivity and also inflate bill for the enterprise.
Ziffy allows you to block these spam and junk callers by adding them to a blacklist. Blacklisted callers won't land on your IVR, and they will always listen to a busy tone whenever they dial your IVR number.
If spam is a big problem for you and you want only a few of callers will able to call on your IVR or Toll Free number, then you can use WhiteList feature.
All calls from the blacklisted callers will be charged as per your Missed Call billing plan rate. Usually, it would be Rs 0.1 per missed call.
