Starting from Rs 999 plan, which has single channel, other plans will have 2,5,10 channels respectively.
We offer generous FUP limits on each unlimited plan. Once you cross that FUP your plan will be limited to single channel with max call duration of three minutes along with duplicate call restriction to one call i.e., multiple calls from a single number will be barred.
Post FUP breach restriction only applies for the day (until 12:00 AM) and after that restrictions will be lifted till the FUP for the day breaches again.
No, you will not miss a single call even you breach the FUP for the day because even when your account is reset to single channel you can still get the missed call details from the web panel to, which you can call separately.
Free call value is the amount, which we give you as discount in your monthly usage billing. For example, if your plan has Rs 1,000 Free Call Value per month and your monthly usage is Rs 1,200 then you will get Rs 1,000 discount and you will have to pay Rs 200 + taxes only.
